The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Fiddler on the Roof and Giant were the big winners at the Olivier Awards 2025, with each taking home three awards.
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button won Best New Musical, Best Actor in a Musical for John Dagleish and Outstanding Musical Contribution for Darren Clark & Mark Aspinall.
Fiddler on the Roof won prizes for Best Musical Revival, Best Set Design for Tom Scutt and Best Sound Design for Nick Lidster.
Giant won Best New Play, Best Actor for John Lithgow and Best Actor in a Supporting Role for Elliot Levey.
Other prizes went to Lesley Manville, who won Best Actress for Oedipus (Wyndham’s Theatre), which also won Best Revival. Imelda Staunton won Best Actress in a Musical for Hello, Dolly! Romola Garai took the prize for Best Actress in a Supporting Role for The Years; and Paule Constable & Ben Jacobs won Best Lighting Design for Oliver!
