Ben Allen and Wendy Nottingham will join Renée Lamb and Stuart Thompson in Radiant Boy, which will have its world premiere at Southwark Playhouse Borough in May.

North-East England, 1983. As a snowstorm rages outside, trainee singer Russell and his mother Maud await the arrival of a young priest who believes Russell is a victim of possession.

Thompson plays Russell, with Lamb as Steph/The Voice, Nottingham as Maud and Allen as Father Miller.

Written by Nancy Netherwood, it is directed by Júlia Levai and produced by Cloudburst Productions.

Set and costume design is by Tomás Palmer, lighting design by Lucia Sanchez Roldan and sound design by Patch Middleton.
